What we collect#

• Your account: name, email address and password (the password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it).
• If you were a student on our old course platform (Thinkific), we moved your name, email and course enrolments to this site so you keep access.
• Your course work: lesson progress, video position, Field Work, quiz answers, notes, and what you post in Killers Circle (including any photos you upload).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep what you bought, the amount and the payment status; we never see or store your card number.
• Messages: messages you send the coach, and emails we send you.
• Site usage: the pages you visit, what you click and use (for example lessons finished, hands built, checkouts started), and recordings of how pages are used, so we can see what works and fix what doesn't. What you type into boxes is hidden from the recordings. When you are signed in this is linked to your account. Also anonymous page-view counts and error reports when something breaks.
• Forms: if you apply for coaching, join the newsletter, start the free course, take the Leak Score quiz or ask for the Hand of the Day answer, your email (and, for the quiz, your result) is kept, with whether you ticked the box for other Vinton Poker emails and when. It goes to our email list provider (Kit) only if you ticked that box, or when you apply for coaching (your application goes to Kit so we can read it). The Leak Score is added to Kit only if you ticked the marketing box. Hand notes you build in the HandBuilder are kept to improve the tool: linked to your account if you are signed in, otherwise without your name or address. Each hand also keeps the city and country your internet connection comes from (never an exact address), so we can see where hands come from. When you save a hand, it is kept with your account. When you share a hand or ask the coach how you played it, the hand gets a private link that anyone you give it to can open; it isn't listed anywhere. With “Post to the Wall of Hands” ticked (it is unless you untick it), the hand you build also goes on our public Wall of Hands with the coach's read, with names left out and never your note or city (signed in, it shows your screen name as the poster unless you untick “Show my screen name”); you can take it down from the table, or from My hands when signed in. If you apply to be an affiliate, your name, email and what you tell us go to the team by email.
• Results you share: if you share a result for the results wall and tick the box, it is shown publicly with the name you chose, once the team approves it. Ask us and we take it down.
• Small cookies: to keep you signed in, to count one Hand of the Day vote per browser, to recognize your browser in our site-usage records (and whether you are using the app or the website), and, if you arrived through a partner's link, to credit that partner for 60 days (visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland are asked first).

If you tick the box at checkout to hear from us and don't finish paying, we may send you one reminder email about that checkout. We don't add you to our mailing list from that box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your Leak Score review email has replay links. Anyone with a link can open it without signing in. Each link lasts 90 days from when we send the email and then stops working.

Everyone who submits an email on the Leak Score gets one review email, whether or not they ticked the marketing box, unless that address has asked to stop Leak Score emails. The email lists each spot, the play you chose and the right play, with replay links. We add that address to Kit only if the box was ticked. Kit then stores the email address and these fields: leak_score_band (your band), leak_score_weakest_category (your weakest category, or none if no leak showed up), leak_score_product (leak_score), leak_score_version (the quiz version) and leak_score_src (where you came from). Kit also gets a band tag, a weakest-category tag or the no-leaks tag leakscore-no-leaks, and an archetype_provisional tag for your playing style when we have one. If the mini course is on for you, this is not a perfect sheet, and this address has not already started one, Kit can also add you to that category mini course. If a Kit form is set for the Leak Score, the address is added to that form too. We do not send Kit your guess, your numeric score or your answers. Stopping marketing emails does not delete your Leak Score data and does not remove you from Kit.

If you share your Leak Score, we make a private link that shows only your score, band, playing style and biggest leak. It never shows your email, name or answers. Anyone with the link can open that one card. The link stops working after 90 days, when you turn it off, or when you delete your data. We use your IP address to limit how often links are made and opened, and we delete those records within 24 hours.

Where did you find us?

When you sign up for vintonpoker.com or LeakHunter, we ask "Where did you find us?" We store the option you pick with your signup and with the link data described in this policy, so we can see, in grouped reports, where people found us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in measuring how well our own content reaches people. Answering is optional, "Prefer not to say" is always available, and any text you type under "Other" is optional too. Internally we only use grouped counts, and we never use your answer to choose what we email you. You can object or ask us to delete your answer by emailing support@vintonpoker.com, and we will set your stored answer to none within one month of receiving your request. If you typed "Other" text, we will also clear it from our assistant logs by hand within that same month. We keep those logs for 90 days or less. Unsubscribing from our emails stops marketing email, but it does not by itself clear your answer, so please email support@vintonpoker.com if you want your answer cleared.

Why#

To run the course you paid for: unlock lessons in order, save your progress, let the coach read and answer your work, run the community, send the emails you asked for (you can turn alerts off in your profile), and keep the site working and secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

• Cloudflare Turnstile (a spam check on public forms; it sees your browser and IP address, not what you type)
• Riverside (recording of Leak Review calls)
• Telegram (Vinton Poker Coaching AI chats)

Cookies#

Besides the sign-in and site cookies above, these cookies are about partners (affiliates). Visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland are asked first, and we set the first two only if you accept.

• vp_ref: the partner whose link brought you, so they get credit if you enroll. 60 days. Only with your consent.
• vp_src: the sales source: the partner, clip, post or email that brought you. Up to 60 days. Only with your consent.
• vp_consent: your choice (accept or reject), so we don't ask again. 12 months. Essential: it only stores your answer.

To withdraw your consent or change your choice, click Cookie settings at the bottom of the page and choose Reject non-essential. That deletes vp_ref and vp_src at once. You can also delete cookies in your browser.

Your choices#

You can update your profile, turn email alerts off, and delete your own posts at any time. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, message the coach from the course; we answer within 30 days.

To stop marketing emails, email support@vintonpoker.com. We unsubscribe that address in Kit and keep a record so we do not add you again. This does not delete your data or remove you from Kit.

To delete your Leak Score data, email support@vintonpoker.com. We remove your email from our records and unsubscribe that address in Kit. Then our team deletes you from Kit by hand, because our connection to Kit cannot delete you. Your quiz attempt and its scores can stay, with your email removed.

By accessing or using any Vinton Poker products, coaching, digital tools, AI systems, assessments, content, or communications (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy when you sign in, create an account, or pay, where we link to both. Using the site also means you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions#

• “User” means anyone who accesses, registers for, purchases, or interacts with the Services.
• “Content” includes all written, audio, visual, software, prompts, models, datasets, quiz logic, and interactive media.
• “Services” includes the LeakHunter app, Vinton Poker Coaching AI, quizzes, AI tools, books, downloads, live calls, coaching, communities, and the affiliate program.

2. Age Restriction#

You must be 18+ to use the Services.

3. Intellectual Property; Feedback#

All Services, Content, and related technology are the exclusive property of Vinton Poker and its licensors. You may not copy, duplicate, modify, license, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any Content or IP without prior written consent.

• Includes: AI prompts/responses, quiz logic/outcomes, book contents, PIPO methodology, video/audio/course assets, code, schemas, and datasets.
• Feedback/Contributions: Any suggestions, ideas, improvements, testimonials, forum posts, chat inputs (excluding personal data), or derivative works you submit may be used by us without restriction and become our property without compensation.

4. Acceptable Use#

• No sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of licensed content
• No reverse engineering, scraping, model extraction, or replication of any AI/app/quiz/coaching logic
• No circumvention of payment or access controls
• No attempts to manipulate or artificially trigger affiliate commissions
• No harassment, abuse, or violations of community rules

Enforcement: We may monitor usage and suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion for any breach or risk to the Services.

5. Payment, Billing & Access#

• Access to paid products is granted after successful payment via Stripe
• All prices are in USD and may change at any time without notice
• We do not guarantee continuous access during third-party outages (Stripe, Netlify, Sanity, etc.)

Masterclass plans of 3 or 6 payments charge the number of payments shown at checkout and then stop. They are not subscriptions.

You are responsible for securing your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks#

• Refund policies are in our Refund Policy on this Legal Pages hub.
• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination and forfeiture of future access
• Chargebacks constitute a material breach; we may assess recovery fees, collection costs, and report fraud to payment partners
• No refunds are permitted after an arbitration proceeding is initiated

If you live in the UK or the EEA, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, you lose this right only if you ticked the box asking for access now, confirmed that the right ends when access starts, and access has started. For calls and coaching, the right ends once the service is fully delivered. If you cancel after a service starts, you pay only for the part already delivered. Your rights for items that are faulty or not as described still apply. Words like "final" or "non-refundable" do not remove these rights.

7. Modifications to Terms#

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. It is your responsibility to review changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers#

• Poker involves risk and variance. No results, profits, or earnings are guaranteed
• Coaching, diagnostics, and AI outputs are educational only and not tailored financial, legal, or psychological advice
• No income or earnings claims are made or implied

Vinton Poker is not a casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator. A Leak Score or LeakHunter result describes your answers. It does not predict future results.

9. Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vinton Poker, its owners, team, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption).

Liability Cap: Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Vinton Poker for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

You agree to hold us harmless for outcomes, decisions, or financial losses associated with your use of the Services.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution#

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial.

• Each party bears its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise
• Arbitration replaces your right to go to court or participate in a class action
• No refunds or chargebacks after arbitration has begun

11. Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

North Carolina law and AAA arbitration do not take away consumer protections that the law where you live does not let you give up.

12. Class Action Waiver#

You agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action; claims may only be brought in your individual capacity.

13. Force Majeure#

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, and technical failures.

14. Survivability#

Sections 3 to 6 and 8 to 14 survive termination or expiration of these Terms.

16. Calls#

The LeakHunter report does not include a call. If you buy the report, you may book a separate call. That call is a sales call about the Delusion Killer™ Masterclass. Buying is optional. The call has no stated price. We record calls on Riverside for internal notes and quality. We do not share or publish a recording without your permission. If you tell us at the start that you do not want to be recorded, we will not record the call, or we will reschedule it. We do not promise a recap, plan, or follow-up materials.

Book & eBook#

- All book purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Masterclass refund promise

- 30-day refund available to customers who complete at least 30% of the course and demonstrate honest effort. Abuse, bulk consumption followed by refund, or chargebacks may be denied at our sole discretion. Email support@vintonpoker.com with your order details to request a refund.

This refund promise is part of our agreement with you. It is in addition to any legal right to cancel or to a remedy, including the UK and EEA rights in our Terms. Contact: support@vintonpoker.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Track usage across our app and landing pages
• Improve marketing attribution and performance

• Identify affiliate traffic and facilitate payouts

Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. We use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (such as the Reddit pixel) only if you accept them in our cookie banner. After you Accept all, if you submit your email, Reddit may set a cookie that stores a hashed version of that email so Reddit can measure ads. You can change your choice anytime using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Embedded videos. Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube, a Google service. A video does not load until you click play. When you click play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may set cookies or similar technologies and collect information about your device and viewing under Google's Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to allow this, do not play the video, or watch it directly on YouTube.

First-party assessment measurement#

We also measure how visitors move through the LeakHunter assessment with our own tool. It uses no cookies and no outside services. Before you make a cookie choice, we only count which step was reached, with no ID. If you click Accept all, we also link those steps to your assessment ID, which connects to your email if you gave it. We keep these records for 90 days, then keep only total counts. If you click Reject non-essential, we don't record them.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material without notice and will respond to valid DMCA requests within 72 hours.

Some links on our website, courses, and AI assistant are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click and purchase through them. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or product recommendations.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Vinton Poker Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility#

• 18+ years old
• Legitimate traffic source (website, email list, social media, or community)
• Paying customer of at least one Vinton Poker product
• Participation is subject to approval at our sole discretion

Enrollment & Tracking#

• No cloaking, masking, or altering tracking links

Commissions & Payouts#

• Commission: 30% of the net sale amount for each eligible sale.
• Payouts processed monthly; minimum payout threshold $100 (balances roll over)
• Fraud Holdback: We may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions for refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, non-compliant traffic, or policy violations pending investigation
• Rate Changes: We may modify commission structures or program terms at any time

Promotional Guidelines#

• Prohibited Traffic: spam, incentivized clicks, forced traffic, bots, fake leads
• Paid Search: no bidding on “Vinton Poker,” “LeakHunter,” “Delusion Killer,” or other branded/typo terms; no URL hijacking or typo-squatting
• Email Marketing: comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws; identify yourself as sender
• FTC Disclosures required in all promotions (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.”)
• No false guarantees, misleading claims, unapproved discounts, or coupon/deal aggregator placements

Intellectual Property#

• Use only approved logos, banners, and assets
• No modifications or derivative works without written approval
• No representation as Vinton Poker or implication of employment/agency

Term, Suspension & Termination#

• Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated
• We may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without cause
• Upon termination, remove links and promotional materials immediately
• Commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations

Liability, Indemnification & Relationship#

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinton Poker and its personnel from claims arising from your promotions or breach
• You are an independent contractor with no authority to bind Vinton Poker

Compliance, Modifications & Governing Law#

• Comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations (U.S. affiliates may be required to submit a W-9)
• We may modify Program terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance
• Governing Law: State of North Carolina, United States

If you participate in our Discord or private forums:

• Be respectful and constructive; no harassment or abuse
• No trolling, spamming, scraping, or unsolicited DMs
• No promoting external coaching/services without written approval

Moderation: We may moderate, edit, or remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our sole discretion without notice.
